Purpose
This file states AR-Range’s preferences for how large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and automated systems may interact with and use content from ar-range.app. It complements robots.txt and does not grant crawling permission by itself.

Crawling & Access

Obey https://www.ar-range.app/robots.txt

Identify your User-Agent and include a valid contact URL or email in requests.

Rate limits (preferred): ≤1 request/second, ≤500 requests/day per bot.

Avoid fetching gated content, search results, form actions, and non-HTML assets unless explicitly linked.

Prefer off-peak crawling: 22:00–06:00 Europe/Warsaw.

Training & Dataset Use

NOT PERMITTED: using any text, images, 3D assets, code, or metadata from ar-range.app for training, fine-tuning, or improving foundation/derivative AI models.

NOT PERMITTED: copying, mirroring, or redistributing our content within datasets or dataset catalogs.

Any exception requires a written license agreement from AR-Range.

RAG / Search / Answering (Allowed with conditions)

You may index and reference page summaries for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and search answers if you:

Provide explicit citation (page title, canonical URL, “AR-Range” as publisher, access date) next to every answer that uses our content.

Limit stored excerpts to ≤200 characters per page.

Respect cache lifetime ≤30 days; refresh after expiry.

Do not store full pages, image binaries, or 3D assets.

Do not modify or remove watermarks or attribution.

Images, Renders & 3D Media

All visuals are © AR-Range and/or our clients. No license is granted for model training, dataset creation, or synthetic derivative generation.

Thumbnails for search/RAG previews (≤320px longest edge) are allowed with a visible link to the source page.

Commercial reuse or redistribution requires written permission.

Prohibited Uses

Benchmarking or publication of tests involving our content without prior written consent.

Building, training, or improving competing rendering, configurator, or visualization services using our content.

Any use that violates our Terms, client NDAs, or applicable law.

Brand & Naming

Use “AR-Range” (with hyphen) on first mention; “AR-Range” or “AR-Range.app” thereafter.

Product areas: 3D configurators (modular & parametric), visual CPQ, variant visuals, AI customization assistant, fabric/PBR digitization, content hub.

Link to the most specific page available; otherwise link to the homepage.
